What are the daily offers?
CARVIND® team works to provide daily offers of added value to our customers, and these offers can be followed up by visiting the daily offers page on the website or application.
Is registration required on the website and application?
You can browse the website and the application without the need to register, but you must register first to start the purchase process, manage and follow up on your orders, noting that there are many advantages that you can benefit from through your account.
Is it possible to order a car that is not listed in CARVIND® website or application?
Yes, you can request any unlisted vehicle by filling (Request Non-Listed Vehicle) form, and CARVIND® team will work on your request according to its availability.
What are the steps to buy a car from CARVIND®?
- Log in to your CARVIND® account.
- Book/purchase the car and select the delivery city.
- Paying an amount of 500 riyals as a deposit to be deducted from the total value of the car.
- Pay the remaining amount and complete the procedures electronically.
- We complete the registration procedures and issue plates.
- Deliver the vehicle.
Note that you can follow up on your orders through the application or the website until order completion.
What are the ways to purchase through the CARVIND® website and application?
- Cash purchase.
- Finance purchase through Banks or approved financing institutions.
What are the payment methods approved by CARVIND®?
At CARVIND®, we are keen to facilitate safe and reliable purchase and payment processes as follows:
- Reserving the car: the reservation amount (deposit) of 500 riyals is paid through electronic payment gateways using (MADA, VISA, MASTER CARD)
- After confirming the reservation: the remaining amount is paid to complete the purchase through transfer to our bank accounts
Is it possible to cancel a purchase order?
The customer can request to cancel the car reservation/purchase before the request is confirmed and the reservation is confirmed, and the down payment will be returned within 5 working days.
Is it possible to amend the application after paying the deposit amount?
The order cannot be modified after paying the amount of 500 riyals, but the order is canceled according to the terms and conditions and a new purchase order is submitted.
How can companies and enterprises buy vehicles?
In order to Serve CARVIND® corporate and enterprises customers, a special section has been allocated to meet their requests and follow up on their needs. Is it possible to buy a car through financing from CARVIND®?
Yes, this can be done by filling in the (financing request form) from the website or application, and the financing sales team will contact you and provide the service in coordination with approved banks and financing agencies.
What are the financing institutions approved by CARVIND®?
- Accredited banks: Alrajhi Bank, Alinma Bank, Riyad Bank, Saudi National Bank, Bank AlJazira, Arab National Bank.
- Approved financing companies: Emkan Finance, Raya Financing.
Is it possible to cancel the finance request?
The customer can cancel the financing application before issuing approval from the financing institutions and signing the documents.
What is vehicle insurance?
Vehicle insurance (purchasing an insurance policy) is one of the conditions necessary to complete the process of registration and issuance of plates. There are two types of insurance:
- Third Party Insurance: It is an insurance policy to cover liability towards third parties (third party).
- Comprehensive insurance: It is a comprehensive insurance policy that covers the insured vehicle and its accessories to include liability towards third parties
Is vehicle insurance compulsory?
Yes, vehicle insurance is one of the conditions for completing the registration process and issuing plates.
Do you offer vehicle insurance services?
Yes, we offer insurance services according to the customer's request. We also provide the customer a copy of the customs card so that he can insure the vehicle himself and provide us with a copy of the document to enable us to complete the procedures and register of the vehicle and issue the plates. We would be happy to provide assistance if the customer finds it difficult to buy the insurance policy.
How is the car shipped?
The car will be shipped by Saied Mohammed ALBASSAMI Company directly to the customer's city or nearest city, and it will be received from their nearest branch. We Will provide you with the shipping details and expected date of vehicle receipt.
What is the time duration required for vehicle shipment until receipt?
The shipment duration varies from city to city, and we strive to deliver vehicles to our valued customers within the specified date. We work hard to deliver vehicles before the due date, and in case of any delay (due to reasons beyond our control), CARVIND® support team will contact you.
It is worth noting that the expected period for the shipment and delivery process ranges between 3 - 5 working days from the date of vehicle registration and plate issuance. CARVIND® customers can follow up on the status of their requests through the website and app.
Can someone else receive the car?
The car will be delivered to the person in whose name the vehicle is registered. However, someone else can receive it with a valid power of attorney (NAJIZ) from the car owner stating that the authorized person who is allowed to receive the vehicle on their behalf.
What are loyalty points?
They are points that the customer earns when he/she purchases any vehicle in cash only through the CARVIND® website and application and do not include the purchase of vehicles through financing or the purchase of services or products.
How can I redeem my loyalty points?
The customer can redeem loyalty points with any of the products and services that are displayed on the loyalty point redeem page, noting that the products and services that can be redeem with points are updated regularly.
Are there any validity periods for redeeming loyalty points?
Yes, the customer must redeem loyalty points within one calendar year maximum from the date of earning them, after which the points become invalid for redemption.
What are referral points?
CARVIND® has introduced a way to contribute to the sharing economy through enabling individuals to freelance and achieve financial returns by earning referral points in return for them marketing and directing customers to purchase from the CARVIND® website and application.
How can I get my unique referral code?
You can get your unique referral code when you create your account on CARVIND® 's website and application, and it is the same as your username. You can change it later if you like.
How can the referral code be used to earn points?
You can earn referral points when anyone uses your referral code to purchase a car in cash from the CARVIND® website and application, Referral points are earned immediately upon the referred customer completing their purchase.
Do I get referral points when the buyer purchases the car through financing?
You do not earn referral points when referred customers purchase vehicles through financing. You only earn referral points for referred cash vehicle purchases.
I directed a person to buy a car from CARVIND®, but the person did not use my referral code, or he used a different referral code, do I get points?
Referral points are calculated automatically by the system in conjunction with the referral code entered when the buyer registers the account on CARVIND® website and application and completes the purchase process. Note that the CARVIND® website and application is not responsible for the points if the buyer does not enter your referral code or use a referral code for someone else.
How can I redeem my referral points?
You can redeem your referral points by exchanging them for cash amounts. You can request a redemption by visiting the redemption request page and completing the procedures. Note that the calculation mechanism for redemption is (10 Referral points = 1 Saudi Riyal).
Are there any validity periods for redeeming Referral points?
Yes, the customer must redeem Referral points within one calendar year maximum from the date of earning them, after which the points become invalid for redemption.
